Let me be clear what you are signing up to, then you can read through the legalese below afterwards.
- You need to respect others who use this site. Abuse, bad behaviour, discrimination, and other behaviour which in the view of the Administrators or Moderators is deemed unacceptable will not be tolerated.
- On the forum, respect the forum areas and the topics. If your posting is off-topic it may be deleted, disabled or moved to a different thread or forum, without prior warning.
- DO NOT PROVIDE PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION ON THE OPEN FORUM!!! There is Private Messaging enabled on the site, and please use this facility instead. If discovered, any personal information will be edited out of your post.
- We strongly believe that you have a right to express yourself, and in freedom of speech. However, freedom of speech does not mean you have any right to say what you want using our services and systems. If you believe you have something important to say but is deemed by EFTCommunity.com Administrators or Moderators that it is not in the spirit of EFTCommunity.com then we will exercise our right to delete it. You are free to find a different service which will allow you to express your views, alternatively you can set up and pay for your own service and use your freedom of speech to get your point across.
- This site is positive to EFT and the benefits it brings. If you don't believe that EFT is beneficial then you may wish to express your views on a service which wants to discuss the merits of EFT and other alternative therapies. This doesn't mean you can't ask questions about the effectiveness of EFT – we just ask you to be open-minded in return.
- On the forum, the Administrator and Moderators have the final decision on what is removed. At the same time, we do not read every single message posted on the site. Instead we rely on reports from our users to tell us when messages and content should be checked. Please do not expect us to provide full editorial control on the site.
Oh, one more thing. It's buried down in the Terms and Conditions below, so we'd like to state it here too so it doesn't come as a surprise: we may summarize and/or reprint any information or comments which you voluntarily post on the website as a part of newsletters and other publications. So if you tell us your story with EFT you might very well find it in our newsletter too (only identified by your EFTCommunity.com Username).

Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using this site. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by this agreement. The information and services on this site are provided by EFT Community and subject to your agreement to the terms and conditions below. EFT Community reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms of Use, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates. You are also bound by the information on out Disclaimer and Terms of Purchase pages.
EFT Community and its suppliers may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on this site, or terminate this site, at any time without notice. We may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement. Accordingly, you agree to review the agreement periodically, and your continued access or use of this site shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified agreement.
Registration and membership of the EFT Community website
Prior to obtaining a "Username" or an "alias" and joining EFT Community's online community, the following Consent and Waiver Terms of Use must be read, understood and consent must be given to the following conditions:
Passwords
To become a Member of EFT Community's online community, you recognize that you are required to provide your email address and to choose a Username.You recognize that your chosen Username will appear in connection with any communications you post on EFTCommunity.com.
You shall provide EFTCommunity.com with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of the Terms of Use, which may result in immediate termination of your EFTCommunity.com account.
You may not:
(i) select or use as an EFTCommunity.com Username a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person;
(ii) use as an EFTCommunity.com Username a name subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization; or
(iii) use as an EFTCommunity.com Username a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene; or
(iv) use as an EFTCommunity.com Username a name that could be inferred to be associated with EFTCommunity.com or could potential confer a certain status to you by EFTCommunity.com.
EFTCommunity.com reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel, an EFTCommunity.com Username at its discretion. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your EFTCommunity.com password.
Unless you voluntarily and affirmatively choose to list your email address in your membership profile, biography, posting or other location on EFTCommunity.com, you understand that your actual email address is not public, shared in anyway, or displayed on EFTCommunity.com.You also understand and agree that EFTCommunity.com in no way encourages members to disclose private information, including their email addresses, on the publicly accessible portions of EFTCommunity.com. The email feature of the member's profile uses the website's address to send mail, therefore protecting your email address.
Personal Information
You understand that you are not required to post any personal information that is not required to become a member. However, if you voluntarily choose to include personal information in your member profile, biography or other postings on EFTCommunity.com you may do so. You understand and agree that EFTCommunity.com in no way encourages members to disclose private information, including your email addresses, on the publicly accessible portions of EFTCommunity.com.
You understand and agree that EFTCommunity.com and its administrators, moderators, directors, officers, employees and agents are not liable for the disclosure of any personal information which you voluntarily include in your profile, biography and or posts. You recognize that you have no legitimate expectation of privacy in any information which you voluntarily disclose on EFTCommunity.com, and hereby waive any legislative, constitutional, statutory or common law right to privacy which you might otherwise claim in such information.
Acceptable User Conduct
Responsibility for Reviewing Content. You are also responsible for the interpretation of the content that is posted on EFTCommunity.com. You must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. The information on this site may be written by registered professionals but is not intended to replace personal advice or directions given from your actual medical professional. Responsibility for Posting Content. Ten Rules For Unacceptable User Conduct
As a condition of use, you promise to only use the services for lawful purposes and are in compliance with these Terms of Use. You understand and agree that EFTCommunity.com is not under any obligation to control, monitor or verify the statements made by members of EFTCommunity.com's online community. If EFTCommunity.com discovers that you are making unacceptable use of EFTCommunity.com, however, EFTCommunity.com may terminate your account.
Some examples of such unacceptable uses are
1) Abuse, harass, humiliate, deceive, threaten, impersonate, intimidate or engage in any other abusive behaviors with those who comment on EFTCommunity.com.
2) Contribute any content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party;
3) Post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any communication or solicitation designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any EFTCommunity.com
4) Create or submit unwanted email ("Spam") to any other EFTCommunity.com users or any URL;
5) Violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws);
6) Submit stories or comments linking to affiliate programs, multi-level marketing schemes, or off-topic content or any other system that will result in your personal financial or commercial gain.
7) Use for illegal or unauthorized purpose. If you are an international user, you agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content
8) With the exception of accessing RSS feeds, you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not:
(i) take any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
(ii) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activities conducted on the Site; or
(iii) bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site;
9) Create separate user accounts with the intention of artificially inflating your EFTCommunity.com account, comments, or any other EFTCommunity.com service.

EFTCommunity.com may remove any Content and EFTCommunity.com accounts at any time for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such Content), or for no reason at all. You understand and agree that it is impossible for EFTCommunity.com to guarantee complete security.You understand and agree that EFTCommunity.com accepts no responsibility for any consequences of unauthorized entry, even if such entry could have been prevented by procedures known to EFTCommunity.com, but not adopted, and you hereby waive any claim against EFTCommunity.com and/or its directors, officers, employees or agents, based upon any unauthorized acts by third parties.
Reprint Information
You understand and agree that EFTCommunity.com may collect and utilize any personal information which you voluntarily provide, and may combine the personal information collected from you with information from others to provide a better user experience.You further understand and agree that EFTCommunity.com may summarize and/or reprint any information or comments which you voluntarily post on the website as a part of newsletters and other publications.
Modifications Of Terms Of Use

EFTCommunity.com Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall EFTCommunity.com or its suppliers be liable under contract, tort, strict liability, negligence or other legal theory:

Indemnification

All materials on this site (as well as the organization and layout of the site) are owned and copyrighted by EFT Community and may be accessed, downloaded or printed for your personal non-commercial use only. Without the prior written permission of EFT Community, you may not copy, distribute or transfer any material on this site, in whole or in part. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names (collectively the "marks") are proprietary to EFT Community or other respective owners that have granted EFT Community the right and license to use such marks.
Miscellaneous
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of the Terms of Use and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind EFTCommunity.com in any respect whatsoever. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder.
EFTCommunity.com shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond EFTCommunity.com reasonable control, including, without limitation,
- mechanical,
– electronic or
– communications failure or
– degradation (including "line-noise" interference).
If any provision of the Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms of Use shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
The Terms of Use is not assignable, transferable or sublicensable by you except with EFTCommunity.com's prior written consent.
EFTCommunity.com may transfer, assign or delegate the Terms of Use and its rights and obligations without consent. The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the courts designated by EFTCommunity.com, as if made within the jurisdiction between two residents thereof, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and any other limitations on how they will address legal claims.
